1. Personal information we process, purposes and retention
The Company does not offer account sign-up on the website and does not ask for personal information through input forms. Inquiries are received by email and phone.

The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
Processing of email and attachment data (including AI analysis) for companies that adopt the AiutoForm service is governed by a separate agreement with that company (a personal information processing agreement). This policy applies to the website and the demo.
2. Provision of personal information to third parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties, except where specifically required by law or where unavoidable to comply with legal obligations.
3. Processors and international transfers
The Company entrusts the processing of personal information as follows to operate the website, and personal information may be transferred outside Korea in the process.

If you do not want visitor statistics transferred abroad, you can block them using the method in section 6, and you can still use the website normally.
If you refuse the transfers needed to operate the servers, you cannot use the website or the demo.
If you do not want email storage transferred abroad, please contact us by phone (+82-31-400-3880).
4. Destruction of personal information
When the retention period ends or the purpose of processing is achieved, personal information is destroyed without delay (within 5 days). Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated. Demo data is deleted automatically 1 hour after last use.
5. Your rights and how to exercise them
- You may ask the Company at any time to access, correct, delete or suspend processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent.
- Send requests by email (hi@drvalue.co.kr) or phone (+82-31-400-3880). The Company will inform you of the result within 10 days.
- A legal representative or a person you authorize may also make requests with a power of attorney.
- Information that other laws require us to keep may be retained for that period even if you request deletion; in that case we will tell you why.
6. Cookies and similar technologies, and how to refuse them

Visitor statistics (Metricool) do not use cookies and do not store identifiers for visitors in the browser.
The Company does not collect behavioral information for targeted advertising and does not allow third parties to collect behavioral information on the website.
Refusing cookies: You can block cookies in your browser settings. In that case, the demo may not work.
Opting out of visitor statistics: Open the opt-out page at https://aiutoform.co.kr/notrack and the statistics script will not be loaded in that browser.
7. Security measures
- Technical: encryption of all communication (HTTPS), separate storage of server secrets, separation of demo data per visitor and automatic deletion
- Administrative: keeping the number of people who handle personal information to a minimum and restricting access to administrator accounts
- Physical: servers operate in cloud data centers with controlled access
8. Automated decisions
The Company does not make automated decisions on the website or in the demo that have legal effects or similarly significant effects on you. The AI classification screens in the demo work on fictional sample emails.
